Avni was just about to turn and head back to her room when suddenly, a strong hand grasped her wrist, yanking her sharply enough to make her stumble.
The movement was so swift and unexpected that she had no time to react or even understand what was happening. Her body collided with a hard, broad chestโsomeoneโs chestโand she lost her balance for a moment, teetering on her heels.
